Terms and Conditions of Kindlepaw
Article 1 β General
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Kindlepaw, operated by Kamelsolutions, and to every agreement between Kindlepaw and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 β Products and Offers
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, colors, sizes, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing processes, supplier updates, or production batches.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, inaccuracies, or typographical mistakes at any time.
Article 3 β Orders and Agreement
An agreement is concluded once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
After completing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, pricing errors, or other exceptional circumstances are reasonably suspected.
Article 4 β Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency of the selected market and include taxes where legally required.
Payment is processed securely through the payment methods available during checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges imposed after shipment are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Article 5 β Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1β3 business days.
Estimated delivery times are typically 7β14 business days after processing but may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, carrier performance, supplier availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays do not automatically entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation where prohibited by law.
Article 6 β Returns and Refunds
Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
Unless otherwise stated by applicable consumer protection laws, returned items must:

be unused and undamaged;

be returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible;

include all accessories and components.
Returns submitted without following our return procedure may be refused.
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

We aim to respond within 2 business days and will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly.
Article 8 β Product Use
Our products are intended to support the general well-being of pets.
They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and should not replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions provided with the product.
We recommend consulting a licensed veterinarian before introducing supplements or care products to pets that:

are taking medication; or

are under veterinary treatment.
Article 9 β Liability
Kindlepaw exercises reasonable care in selecting suppliers and providing accurate product information.
However, individual pets may respond differently to products. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes may vary depending on factors such as breed, age, genetics, health status, diet, environment, and proper use.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kindlepaw shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages;

loss of profits or business opportunities;

delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or third parties;

incorrect information provided by the customer;

improper use of products;

allergic reactions or individual sensitivities that could not reasonably have been foreseen.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that customers are entitled to under applicable consumer protection laws.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, branding, and other materials, is the property of Kindlepaw or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
