Terms and Conditions
Article 1 β General
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer made by Kindlepaw and to every agreement between Kindlepaw and the customer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 β Products and Offers
We make every effort to present our products, prices, images, colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, fit, or material may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing differences, or supplier information.
Article 3 β Orders and Agreement
An agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and the payment has been successfully completed. After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Article 4 β Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the applicable local currency of the selected market. Payments are processed through the payment methods available during checkout. Any customs duties, import taxes, or administrative fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by law.
Article 5 β Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days after processing, depending on the supplier, carrier, seasonal demand, and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Article 6 β Returns
Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused.
Article 7 β Complaints
Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable period and clearly describe the issue by emailing info@kindlepaw.com. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Article 8 β Liability
Kindlepaw shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays caused by third parties, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or damages resulting from improper use of our products.
Article 9 β Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
