1. Return Period

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Once the return request has been approved, the customer has an additional 14 days to send the item back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories where reasonably possible.

  • Be free from signs of use, stains, odors, pet hair, or other damage that would prevent resale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions where permitted by applicable law.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, customers are responsible for the cost of returning products.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or reimbursement of reasonable return shipping costs.

As our products may be fulfilled through international fulfillment partners, the return address may differ from our business address. Customers must request the correct return address before sending any package.

4. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (required if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect)

5. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
